My mamacita was a feisty Polish woman who sadly now has dementia. Her medication has helped a lot but she no longer remembers much of her past life, which was historic. Instead of being a concentration camp survivor, she was a survivor of one of Stalin's labor camps in Siberia. Back in better days she wrote a book about her experiences during WWII. You can find her book on Amazon (no pressure to purchase, I promise) called "Far From My Home, Never to Return" by Nadia Seluga. Please remove if you feel it's solicitation.AriaLovernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7558528804236989500.post-21168989043261411792020-06-21T20:54:40.339-04:002020-06-21T20:54:40.339-04:00Like Saint Mother Teresa, We should always see the...Like Saint Mother Teresa, We should always see the face of our Creator when we look in the face of a fellow human.Esther Parishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14330224814734640943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7558528804236989500.post-69369968602483397912020-06-14T16:17:53.406-04:002020-06-14T16:17:53.406-04:00What an awesome story! She has such a wonderful caring personality and I agree has a great laugh.!💗 She really left us way too soon but knowing her she is watching over all of you with a smile on her beautiful face.💗 Your sister in law Laura, Jonnys wife and I graduated together and we were in each others weddings. You have a terrific family and I’m so happy you’re doing well! Keep up ALL your great work! Thank you for taking the time, and finding an approach to meet the man under the exterior. I imagine he is a remarkable human being. <br />Hollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17685436243608973979noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7558528804236989500.post-30046452785905620312020-06-11T20:54:19.050-04:002020-06-11T20:54:19.050-04:00If you ever tire of your medical career you defini...If you ever tire of your medical career you definitely have one in writing! I'm not much of a reader, but the way you wrote this story was perfection. The details you gave, I swear I could see this mans face along with his wife. I worked in the medical field for many years and loved every minute of it...well, love/hate relationship you might say. But, enjoyed the hearts that would open up and share their life stories with me. Thank you for reminding me of the good years, I surely miss them!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7558528804236989500.post-81735864971969197662020-06-11T16:17:23.767-04:002020-06-11T16:17:23.767-04:00Beautiful story.
